Bart Wickstrum, Executive Vice President, Operations - obtained his first real estate broker's license in 1969, he has extensive experience in real estate, domestic and international relocation management, property management, residential asset management, and new home financing and marketing.

Bart pioneered the first relocation division within a real estate company in the 1970's. He spent over 24 years as a senior executive with PHH Homequity with specific responsibility for real estate operations. He worked for nearly a year with SDG (Strategic Decisions Group) in Palo Alto, CA to research the potential REO business, which led to the formation in the late 1980's to PHH Asset Management with the initial funding of $40mm.

At PHH, besides real estate and REO operations, he started the international relocation group, operating out of the US and the UK, which included global household goods transportation, global homefinding and home sale assistance throughout most of Europe. Bart has formed and sold two of his own companies. His entire working life has been extensively involved in virtually all forms of residential real estate.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University.
