Matthew Rosenthal - is a founder of Eastham Capital Inc. a private equity real estate investment firm. In 1994, Matt co-founded Stratford Management, a real estate management and development firm. Stratford has made a successful track record by purchasing distressed apartment and townhome communities that are characterized as "diamonds in the rough." Stratford owns and operates apartment and townhouse units and is currently looking to acquire additional units. Matt's primary focus at Stratford consists of new purchase financing and syndications for all new projects and acquisitions.

Matt was first employed by The Princeton Review in the fall of 1982. In 1983, he became the director, with responsibility for all Princeton Review operations, including course operations and selling franchises. In 1985 Matt founded The Princeton Review of Boston. In 1990, his company was selected to be a member of the Inc. 500, one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the U.S. Matt's companies grew to become the largest franchise network of The Princeton Review. In March 2001, his businesses were purchased by the franchisor (NASDAQ:REVU) in conjunction with its IPO.

Matt sits on the Board of Directors and the finance committee of Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Boston and sits on the advisory board of GVA Williams (Boston). Matt attended the University of Chicago and Harvard University Extension School.
