Corporate Relocation:

Gibraltar Global Groups (GGG) provides consultative, valuation, and marketing services for corporations with residential homes of transferred executives. These properties may be under the responsibility of the internal human resources department or being managed by a third party relocation firm. GGG will utilize its network of local real estate experts in addition to our own in house expertise to ensure that corporate relocation inventory properties are being cost-effectively managed and marketed.

Inventory marketing, management and disposition:

GGG provides full corporate real estate inventory management services to corporations with in house relocation programs and to third party relocation management firms. This service allows companies to focus on the service elements of relocation while outsourcing to GGG the real estate services activities and inventory management which is our core business. We will utilize our proprietary broker and closing network or work through your own, "client-directed" providers.

Home inventory purchase:

GGG offers bulk inventory buyouts for corporations and third party relocation firms. We will consider portfolio purchases of a minimum of $5mm or an ideal range of $25-100mm. This buyout service allows corporate in house programs to be free to focus on service to its transferring employees while also eliminating the longer term risk of unsold properties. For relocation companies, a significant GGG buyout brings instant liquidity, eliminates further risk and provides further cost-savings through staff reduction.
