Hans J. Fischer, Chief Financial & Chief Operating Officer - has 30 years business experience in forensic audit, financial and operational management experience, with KPMG, Ingersoll-Rand Company, PHH Homequity Real Estate & Relocation, PHH Asset Management and The Picower Institute for Medical Research, a Not For Profit organization with several NIH grants. Mr. Fischer's department was responsible for the integrity of the accounting and reporting on these Federal Grants. Mr. Fischer was one of the founding members and Vice President Operations, Finance & Administration of REO with PHH Asset Services (now Freddie Mac HomeSteps) where he directed the marketing, sales, planning and management and controls of client REO assets and three major company-owned REO projects. REO inventory market value average was approximately $120m.
