Steven Annis, Senior V.P. Finance and Comptroller - has 25 years of business experience including 12 years of REO property disposition experience with PHH Asset Services (now Freddie Mac HomeSteps) and Clayton National Inc. Mr. Annis also has 6 years of Real Estate and Relocation experience with PHH Homequity (now Cartus).

Mr. Annis was Director of Financial Services for PHH Asset Management and Controller for Clayton National. His responsibilities included financial reporting and planning for these two companies. His oversight responsibilities included management of the Accounting Department responsible for the financial management of clients REO inventory including the payment of all expenses related to the assets, collection of rent, collection and reconciliation of sale proceeds, reporting and billing to clients. He has extensive experience with many diverse government contracts including:

• Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
• The Resolution Trust Corporation
• Department of Defense
• National Institute of Health
• Veterans Administration

Mr. Annis has also been a financial consultant providing financial budgeting and forecasting modeling, pricing analysis and modeling, contract RFP's cost analysis and presentation preparation, business restructuring plans, accounting department start-ups and accounting system conversion services. Clients included:

• Cendant Mobility Services
• GMAC Mortgage
• Clayton National, Inc.

Mr. Annis is instrumental in systems integration and enhancements and maintains oversight in virtually all aspects of corporate policy and procedures.
